Switched PAYG Sim from iPhone to Sony Xperia, no data connection?

Hello, so recently my iPhone broke so I'm using my old Sony Xperia.

I switched over my PAYG which I initially got with a brick phone and just haven't bothered changing. I bought a £10 Everything Pack and I can call and text just fine, however when I went to use data, it did not work.

I checked my balance and I have 1024mb avaliable so it's definitley there and on top of this when I called 150 originally to top-up the Xperia, I was greeted with 'Hello. Welcome to EE iPhone Support'.

Could this be the cause of the problem? If so how can I resolve this? Thanks for your time.

Hello @JoeWedgwood.

Thanks for coming here.

What happens when you try and connect to the data?

Has the Sony worked for data on EE previously?

Thanks 🙂

It just says that no connection can be made, like as if I haven't got any data

Thanks @JoeWedgwood,

What happens when you click on this link, http://add-on.ee.co.uk/

You would need to turn off any WiFi connection.

Thanks 🙂
