Social media won't work on 4G

As of yesterday my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram will not work on 4G on my Samsung but they do on Wifi. Even if I type the web address in browser I get "This site can't be reached".

 

As suggested in other posts I checked the content lock is not on, I have reset my network settings, i have tried another access point, restarted the phone, turned mobile data off - pretty much everything and it still doesn't work.

 

Any suggestions?

@whyte_rabbitt   sounds like there is an issue for these apps as they are all owned by Facebook.

Well, I have just checked and they all work for me on 4G, so not sure why some are having this problem, really strange.

 

Just one thing you could do, is in settings, click on the individual apps and see if mobile data is switched on for each one of the apps, although I would have thought in settings in general allowing mobile data, this should not have been an issue.

This happened to me yesterday. 

 

Log into your EE account and go to manage device. Change your content lock to 'Strict' and then reset it to 'Off' and then it should all work fine after that.

 

Not sure why it suddenly started happening but changing the content lock and resetting it seemed to work for me.

My content lock wouldn't change so I've call EE technical who have done this on my behalf and it's still not working.
