when using my social media apps (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc) over 4G they are not updating/refreshing. Everything works correctly over WiFi.
This problem has only been seen over the last week.
Ive tried the following things without any results:
- restarting phone
- deleting apps and reinstalling
- ensure phone and apps are up to date
- checked content locked settings
- checked network status
I’m not having an issues using the internet or banking apps etc hoping you’ll be able to shed some light on the issue.

Try switching your Content Lock to STRICT, reboot your device, and then switching content lock OFF!

In that case I would either wait for further assistance here in the community or you could try giving EE CS a call on 150

I forgot to mention that my suggestion above sometime works on first attempt, but if it doesn't others have tried it three times before being successful! 🤗

I can see you have been provided some great help so far.
Does this happen within one specific area?
Have you tried moving down to 3G to see if this resolves the problem?

thanks for the advice I’ve tried using 3G at work and home. At home it seems to be updating correctly however at work it doesn’t update.
I’m seeing the problem on 4G within many areas including another city i visited last weekend.
