Read moreMy data won’t work on any of said apps and it’s really annoying. I’ve tried a network reset, deleting the apps, updating them etc and I don’t know what to do to fix this.
What device are you using?
Have you been able to previously, use the mentioned apps on 3G and 4G?
If you have been able to previously use the apps over 3G and 4G, I'm thinking maybe a recent software update for your device has perhaps messed something up (if you have performed one).
If it's an iPhone, go into Settings/General/About, and see if this brings up a little dialogue box to prompt you to install a carrier update. If it does, then install it and try and use the said apps again over 3G/4G.

Yes, this problem started last month and I thought it may have gone now my data’s refreshed again but it still won’t work. I have to do another software update later so maybe that will fix? And there’s no pop up box unfortunately thanks
