I have 2 sim only contracts using them both on an IPhone 8 Plus and a Note 9. Both phones are uptodate.
i have good 4g signal on both, very good download speeds and pings, all apps work fine however when I browse with either safari or any other browser I get slow loading websites may times resulting in timeouts or white pages, a refresh does fix it..
i have tried reseting network settings, apn etc, used live chat help where they refreshed my account, received sms to restart phones and the same issue happens again.
if I use a spare Vodafone sim all browsing behaviour is back to normal on both phones, same thins applies if I use WiFi..
wanted Ed to ask you guys if you have ever come across this issue?

Just a quick update, while reading the forums I managed to edit apn on the note 9. I fixed my issues with selecting ipv4 only protocol.
however I cannot edit apn on my iPhone..
any ideas how to fix this on an iPhone please guys

Welcome to the community, it's great to hear you've found the answer you were looking for 🙂
You will only be able to access the APN settings on an iPhone if it is unlocked, under Settings, Mobile Data, Mobile Data Options.

@Kannanni Do you own a Apple Mac ? if you do I can give you instructions on how to create a profile for the iPhone that will make sure the device only uses IPv4

Network checker shows fine.
im convinced now it’s apn related, as now with apn set as ipv4 only I have no problems on the note 9 on both sims.
i just need to find a way how to achieve this on the iPhone..
this is is happening only on EE network as iPhone works fine on Vodafone and 3

Yes I did, it works fine on the note 9 with modified apn set as ipv4 only,
if choosing default apn it shows same problems on the note 9 too
