Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

I've just joined 4gee home, with a 500GB usage allowance.

What happens when the 500GB allowance is used up?

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR EXTRA GB?

I cannot find answer to this anywhere on the EE Website.

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

When your monthly data allowance runs out I think you will be limited to buying 1 of 4GEE WiFi pay monthly data add-ons .

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

You will no longer be able to go on the Net & will need to buy further data add-ons to continue to do so. See what http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase offers you.

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

Thanks guys.... I'm sure that will answer my question when I do run out, but can anyone tell me now what the cost will be whilst I'm still in my 14 day cooling off period?

I'm sure somebody somewhere should be able to tell me.

@EvoWing  If you go to that link you’ll see the costs. You don’t have to purchase anything from it.

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

If you ordered online or by phone you can cancel FoC in the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery.

@Chris_B  - I've tried that, but when I click "Buy Data" all I get is:-

Capture2.JPG

Don't know if you can see that picture... its just a snapshot of the web page that says "You still have some data" and no indication of prices at all 😞

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

@XRaySpeX Thanks.   I have seen that page previously, but wasn't sure if that applies to 4gEE Home as £15 for 10GB seems awfully expensive. That would work at £750 😖 for an extra 500GB compared to £80 for the normal 500GB monthly allowance! Is that right?????

Re: Simple questions... looking for simple answers!!!

I know of no special add-ons for the 4GEE Home Router other than those for general 4GEE WiFi.

If you're on a 500 GB / month plan, isn't it unlikely that you'll need another 500 GB in the same month when you run out?

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance.
