Sim saying not subscribed to data plan?


my phone is not connecting to 4g and when I try to access the data it says I am not subscribed to a data plan. I have a 4G max plan with 15g of data? 


I have had my sim out of this phone for a couple of months due to travel.

What phone are you using and is it dual SIM?


Can you try your SIM in another device? 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
