My contract finished 2 months ago so I went onto a sim only plan with 12gb of data. Around 2 weeks ago I brought a new phone and put my ee sim card into my new phone and now non of data allowance is working. My ee account has updated and my new phone is the phone on my ee account and I still have 12gb. Can anyone help to see how I can get my data to work again please?

My phones a HTC One m9 it's an EE phone it's not been unlocked. And the phone works perfectly when connected to Wi-Fi just when it tries to connect when there is no Wi-Fi nothing works.
