I have moved to EE recently from giffgaff. I have transferred my mobile number from the same operator and i am experiencing signal issues. At some point the network goes on and off until no service.
I went to an EE store and i tried the SIM card in another phone and is working. The SIM Card isn't faulty and i have text giffgaff to find out if they have blocked my phone, but they haven't. Please i need help, i am getting very frustrated with all of this.

Have you checked EE Network Status Checker?
If you have tried your SIM in another device then it could be phone related. What phone do you have and where did you get it?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 and i have bought in giffgaff. At times the signal bars are up and down and i can use data, later goes off.

I bought in giffgaff and normally all the phones are unlocked. They told me that my phone is not locked, only number has been transferred to EE.
