I have been using an EE Signal Box for about the last year or so but have just moved house this week and so I am trying to get it up and running again.
I called 150 and gave my new address as well as asking them to re-initialise the Signal Box at the new postcode. I have also pressed the "reset" button on the box.
Now, even though it is displaying the "constant green" light my mobile is *not* registering any improvement to the EE signal and it continues to remain very poor.
Is there anything else I can do or is it a matter for some EE technician ?

What network technology is your device on? The signal box is 3G so if your device is sitting on weak 4G, you won't see an improvement unless your device goes on 3G.
