I started my contract on the 31st June and my allowance says I have 15gb with 5gb added on, but on my EE app it says I have none left out of 0. I shared 500mb from my brothers phone to see if it would fix anything but nothing has happened, he’s paying for both our bills and it says our data is shared??? Why don’t I have any data, help, thanks

Hi, the number on my EE app is definitely my one.
After texing Balance it says I have £0 current charges onto my next bill and that my allowance is only unlimited calls and texts in the UK and EU, says nothing about data.

I can go out get signal and test it today but would I need data for it to work?

it says I have no data and my allowance restarts on the 23rd but I’ve had no data for the whole month as it is. Is there a reason for this?
