Samsung s8

 Hello. I recently got a new phone Samsung S8 on ee. I have a problem, every time i put my data on i can't send any pictures(whatssap,messenger,anywhere) i also can't load any received pictures. If i go on wifi everything works fine. I went to ee and they said it may be the sim card and i they gave me the another one. The problem is the same. Does anyone knows why and how can i fix it? Thank you

Hello. I didn't manage to fix the problem yet. I spoked with an agent last
night and he said he will have to investigate. Don't know what else i could
do.

Are you on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, do you have credit to send MMS using the Messenger app? They are not included in your text allowance. N.B. This does not apply to Whatsup which uses your data allowance.

Hi @Krisztina26

 

If you cannot send anything when not on wifi then this is a data related issue. Does your phone say 4G at the top of the screen?

 

  • Do you have this problem in only one place? Are you in a 4G area?
  • Have you checked your local network for problems?
  • On the quick shortcuts make sure "Mobile data" is active (should be blue)
  • Settings - Connection - mobile networks - Network Mode should be LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
  • Try downloading your Internet settings from here.
