Samsung Galaxy s5 data

I recently switched from O2 to EE and received a new sim from their shop. I inserted it in and after 4 days I still had no connection but after a visit to the EE shop I was due to switch on that day. I could call and text but my data wouldn't work. I have a Samsung Galaxy s5 and checked the APN and reset it may times. I also rested my phone various of times but my data still doesn't work when I enable mobile data. I don't know what to do so please help.

Re: Samsung Galaxy s5 data

Good afternoon @Jeffereytan

Happy new year and welcome to community 🙂

Have you brought your number across from O2?

Are you a pay monthly personal or a pay as you go EE customer?

Thanks

Richard

Hi @Richard_C, thank you for your reply. Yes I brought my number over from O2 as I wanted to keep the same number. I am    currently a pay as you go EE customer. Hope the information helps.

Re: Samsung Galaxy s5 data

Hello @Jeffreytan

Are you still having issues with data?

If so it sounds like you need a Network Refresh from our side.

If you give Customer Services a quick call, they'll be able to do this for you.

Hope it's all sorted.

Thanks - Karen. Smiley Happy
