Safari connection to HTTPS issues

Just got a new iPhone and safari cant connect to any HTTPS site over network but can when using wi fi.  Followed the usual advice to resetn Network Settings but makes no difference.  Any ideas how to resolve?

What error do you get when you browse to a secure site over EE?

"Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server"

Not a solution, but do you get problems with Chrome or other browsers?

 

Do you have Content Lock enabled at all?

You would be better off posting in the Apple site as this seems to be a common issue if you search Google.
