Replacement phone and sim but sim is saying no service .

I got a replacement phone and sim as I had lost mine but when I have inverted the sim it keeps saying no service

Please check out the How to activate your new EE SIM Card post by my colleague @James_B and this should help get you active.

 

If your new SIM card fails to activate for any reason please get in touch with customer service.

New sim won't work

I got a replacement sim and phone and when the sim is in it is saying no service

@Kelsey171  You have to allow the SIM card to activate it can take upto 24 hours but it's usually around 4-5 hours.
