How do I remove a "current" PAYG pack? I've run out of data allowance so called up EE customer service to add a new pack, which I was told had gone through and the credit has been deducted from my account. Turned the device off and on again as instructed but can still see the old pack on my online account? Cannot see anyway to activate the new pack.
The device is a router, I am now offsite and do not have the details of it to text or do anything remotely (unfortunately). I will call EE customer service again in the morning, but wondering if there is a way to avoid this going forward?
Hello @Jemmyowl you can text the code NOW to 150 from the EE SIM to kickstart the next pack. Apart from that customer service would have to activate this for you on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am). 🙂
