I have been charger twice for data add on. When I only purchased this once!! I am already sick of paying 20% VAT that makes my phonebill even higher and now being double charged for extra data.

I'm sorry to hear you have been charged twice for your data add-on. Please get in touch with Customer Care so we can get this sorted for you.
VAT is already included in the price of your plan. You will see a separate VAT breakdown on your bill, but don't worry, you aren't being charged extra.
