Received SIM on 26/1/17 but says I have a £5 top up on the 25th?
I received my £15 Data Pack along side the sim, it says my £15 top up will be added within 2 days but I already have a £5 credit on my balance. I texted AL to 150 and it says it was topped up on 25/1/17 at 22:30

Hello @Eason due to this being a public user forum access to accounts is not allowed to check why or where the £5 credit has come from I am sorry. For top up & pack queries pl are call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can look into this for you.
You can check the status of your £15 data pack or any other packs on your account by using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection. :):
