Problems with data allowance after upgrading

I have recently upgraded my phone and therefore have got a larger data allowance. My upgrade arrived last week and I’m using my new phone and sim but the new data allowance hasn’t renewed. When will the new data allowance be activated?

Hello @Celyn1996 you can check your plan and contract dates by logging in to MY EE online and navigating to MY EE>Plan & add ons:

 

https://id.ee.co.uk/id/login

 

Your upgrade can take effect either instantly or on your next bill refresh. 🙂
