Poor service

For years I’ve been complaining to EE regarding the poor service I’m receiving, my calls near enough all

drop out and takes a few seconds like 10+ before I can ring the number again! I’m losing work due to this and it’s becoming very frustrating

Are you having trouble in one postcode or more than one place?

 

Have you had a replacement SIM card at any point?

I’m having exactly the same problem. Been happy with service up until a few months ago and since then it’s got absolutely shocking. Constant drop outs (called EE earlier to complain and dropped out after 30 mins I mean how ironical) 

 

just getting fed up and won’t be going back to them ever again.

You can check more than one area on there. You can search different postcodes of areas that you're having a problem in.

I’m having exactly the same problem, the quality of 4G has dropped massively, most of the time I just about get a 3G signal... time to move to a better service provider maybe?
