@Fozzy2670

So what did the service checker say? If there are no reported issues then report one via the checker.

Thanks

As @Northerner has advised you can report issues on the network status checker.

You can also get this looked into further by getting in touch with our customer service team.

Re: Poor 4g signal

Hello, I've looked into the masts surrounding that location and they are 4G.

However, you are in cell edge of multiple sites which will be impacting performance. There is not much EE can do to resolve the radio environment quickly. However, ongoing capacity adds should help as and when they come.

Re: Poor 4g signal

Ok, I suggest getting back in touch with our technical team to advise them that whatever they did, didn't work @Fozzy2670.

They'll be able to move on to the next troubleshooting step then.

Re: Poor 4g signal

Just the area I am in they say tried the old mast is down excuse if that was the case they would have a maintenance crew in this area 24 7 always get that excuse. Getting old and worn now, Would leave but have Apple Watch and Apple stupidly gave EE sole rights guess the paid the most.

Re: Poor 4g signal

@Fozzy2670  You couldn’t be further from the truth,  it’s the fact no other network can support the Apple Watch in the way it works with your account/number and calls/texts being directed to the watch.

Re: Poor 4g signal

They can’t offer me more than 6mb on 4g  and still expect me to pay the same price. Stuck with crap 4g if I want to keep watch.

When your quoted 72 hours I assume they mean working days?
