When i arrive in my office for last 2 days i have lost internet connection. I have rebooted and everything nothing happens. When I leave for the evening and go a mile down the road it all comes back like nothing has happened.
PLEASE HELP, getting really frustrated now

Have you checked the network status checker to see if there is a mast issue near your work?
Also, is anyone else on EE having the same issue?

i did, yesterday it said there was a fault and this morning i got a text to say it been sorted. But it happen again just did another log.

Do you have the option to select auto or 2G/3G/4G? If so, please select auto or 2G/3G/4G then see if your signal improves.

So you went into settings, general, more, network mode?
I don't have the same phone so I'm guessing where the settings would be.

If their has been a service effecting fault that has been resolved, it can take 24-48 hours for service to fully resume (depending on problem)
Have you switched the handset off and on?
Fingers crossed your service will be back to 100% as soon as possible.

Yes office and surronding, it did go for a few minutes when i was in park near my house. but 100 my office it just came back for 2 seconds and has gone again. Not sure what happening as my friend on same network and she not got problems
EE did say there been double fault but got resolved

Got it looked in the shop, wasn't the phone but i did get told there was reports of other problems and it got back to normal today.
I don't understand why i should pay for last 3 days when the service failed on me?
But appreciate all the assistance
