Re: Please help

Hi @nataliateresa

Have you checked the network status checker to see if there is a mast issue near your work?

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/networkchecker/checkservice

Also, is anyone else on EE having the same issue?

Thanks,
Martyn

Thanks for letting me know.

In settings, network, is your phone set for 2G/3G/4G?

Re: Please help

Hi @nataliateresa

Do you have the option to select auto or 2G/3G/4G?  If so, please select auto or 2G/3G/4G then see if your signal improves.

Thanks,
Martyn

Re: Please help

So you went into settings, general, more, network mode?

I don't have the same phone so I'm guessing where the settings would be.

Thanks,
Martyn

Re: Please help

Hi @nataliateresa

Thanks for posting 🙂

If their has been a service effecting fault that has been resolved, it can take 24-48 hours for service to fully resume (depending on problem)

Have you switched the handset off and on?

Fingers crossed your service will be back to 100% as soon as possible.

Re: Please help

I didn't know that @Peter_C so thank you for assisting.

In terms of service @nataliateresa have you had problems texting, calling or using the internet before the network fault?

If not, then I am confident service will restore soon.

Re: Please help

Thanks @nataliateresa

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone at all?

This could be a SIM or phone fault that is causing this if other users on EE have no problems.

Speak soon, Leanne 🙂
