Hi, I am new.
I got a new SIM last month and sign up for the £10 double data pack, which should give me 4GB. However I have only been given 2GB. Is there anything else I need to do to get the double data?

Thank you for responding. I had a look at the T&C, it just says purchase an eligible pack which I have done, but the double data doesn't appear.

What does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status when not connected to WiFi tell you about your data?

The reply I get as below.
Your current balance as of today 18:15 is £5. You have 85 minutes, unlimited texts and 125MB remaining until 02/02/2019 for your £10 data pack.
This is my first pack, I was given 2GB and have been waiting for the double data to appear but it never did.

There's a typo in the link your provided. I change it to status instead of staus, it take me to a page where it shows 124MB left of 2GB.
This pack will expired in 8 days which I am not too worried about, but I really would like the double data for the next two pack.
