Pay As You Balance

I have pay as you go balance, but I get messages no allowance left WHY?

Hello @pauljeta1 try restarting your phone then texting the code AL to 150 again. You can also check the status of any packs on your account using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection:

If none of the above work for you then for top up & pack/allowance queries please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can look into this for you. 🙂
