PAYG bought in heathrow not working

150 mins call not working.

500MB UK data not given.

 

Texting LHR10 to 150 gives

 

"Sorry, but this offer is not available to you."

 

Bougth in Heathrow, for use in London. Nothing works, feels like scammed.

You did reply me and passed it on to the support staff quickly, but they havent replied back. Its been more than 12 hours.

The 500MB is now shown "waiting". The 150 mins call is in that package yes? Still unusable. What is it "waiting" for, god only knows.

 

10GB still nowhere in sight.

 

My card now can't call, can't text, and can't internet.

 

So far the EE sim card is less useful than a bag of manure.

Over 24hrs and counting. Most complaints per 1000 customer indeed.
