PAYG £10 Everything Back Data Doesn't Work

Whenever I get the £10 everything pack the data doesn't seem to work, it says 4G in the corner but no webpages will load and the data bar on my account doesn't go down even though it says I have data. 

The calls and texts seem to work fine.

Try downloading your internet settings and see if that helps.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Where it says manufacturer I don't see the option for Apple to select iPhone 6s?

@Ollie_   Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data?  Look in Settings>Mobile Data.

Mobile data is enabled and all apps are allowed to use it.
