Osprey mini turns on and connects but doesn't work

Hi. 

I have an osprey mini. Which turns on and connects to both my Mac and samsung s7. 

But when I try to use the internet etc nothing happens. The osprey device is showing a strong 3G signal, I have checked and local signal is fine. 

 

Any ideas?

Hello @Jonesg96 sorry to hear you are having problems using your MBB device. When connected to it are you able to view this link:

 

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

 

You can also log in to the router to check its settings or reboot/reset it using this link:

 

http://192.168.1.1

 

Username and password are usually set to admin/admin by default unless you have changed them or they can also be found on the KEEPMEE card that came with older devices. 🙂
