@Ccc What device do you have are you a iOrange, T-Mobile or EE customer ?

@Ccc If you go to Settings>Mobile data>Mobile Data Options>Enable 4G> is 4G selected for Voice/Data ?

Yes Voice & Data selected. I do get 4g sometimes. Just odd friend had it and I didn’t sitting at the same table. I even put my phone next to hers

@Ccc. Can you perform a network reset on the device?
Go to Setting>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting. The device will reboot and you’ll need to put your WiFi passwords back on the device after this.
