Hi guys, I just joined EE yesterday but all I've got are problems with this network. First when I try to register my number it says they don't recognise this number is from EE, I tried all troubleshooting I could find on the forum but without success. I need to transfer my number but I can't do so if I'm unable to register my ee number. Second problem is I can send and receive calls and messages but no data what so ever. Again I tried the troubleshooting but no success at all. Could anyone help please?

You should be able to port your number in on our online form.
With regard to the data connection, please check the add-on status (when not connected to WiFi) to see if your data plan is active.
Please let me know the results.
