I recently bought a Samsung internet fridge and have been trying desperately to connect my Note 8 to the fridge. In order to do this, I need to setup a profile on fridge. The fridge then sends a VerficVerificode to the mobile, in order to complete the setup.
Unfortunately, I have tried over 20 times and the Verification code never arrives at my mobile.
A Samsung engineer has tried these same steps and the code arrived on their Vodafone mobile.

Have you recently migrated to EE from O2?

If you are using an IPhone turn off iMessage and try again.
You may need to call EE and ask them to refresh your line.
