Not getting full allowance

I have recently upgraded my account from a 20gb a month to 100gb a month of data. On the app it it tells me that my plan is 100gb but on my current usages, it tells me that I only have 7gb left of 50gb even though I should have 57gb left. Anyone else have the 100gb plan?

It maybe that your plan hasn't updated yet. If it hasn't changed in 48 hours then call EE CS on 150.
