Not able to use data to use internet or apps although I have 4g signal. I’ve recently returned from holiday and have checked network settings are they are same as they were before. Can anyone help?
If you have an iPhone then try resetting your network settings.
Also log into your MyEE app and then under settings - Content lock - change this to off.
Restart your device.
