Since I got my sim card last Wednesday, there is no signal in my dormitory.
I've checked the network coverage. It shows there is no problem in my district.
I also restarted my phone over five times. It still shows no signal.
So, how can I fix this situation?

@c21030roger Then the building your in is blocking the signal, EE can not guarantee a signal indoors due to the way buildings are constructed as they can block signals

Hi there @c21030roger
Thanks for coming to the community.
Have you just joined EE?
If you are struggling for service in your dormitory you may be able to use WiFi calling.
If you’re an EE pay monthly customer with a compatible phone you can use Wi-Fi Calling to make and receive calls and texts over any Wi-Fi connection.
For details on how to set up this service, please see our WiFi calling help pages.

@c21030roger You could get a signal booster if you have WiFi ? these connect up to the the router and give off a 3G signal that your device will pickup and use. These can be got from a EE store.
