I have no mobile data since 30/12/17. Just checked my contract allowance and have over 4GB left to use, but its just not working whatsoever. I am abroad and still unable to contact customers services as lines are saturated and cant log to my EE for live chat as its still down. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

@MaraGarcia You can only use up to 15GB of your monthly allowance if you have more than this when abroad in the EU. Have you use this allowance up ?

@Lee_H Hi Lee. Im in Spain. Had no issues whatsoever until the 30th. When I managed to kind of get through to customer services today I received an automated text saying I have only used 0.8GB of my monthly allowance. I have already tried all the troubleshooting/resetting options. Hope you can help

@Lee_H Thank you, will try that. I thought there were no mobile data issues with EE/Orange though? And will using a different network affect my charges?
