My allowances renewed today, on the 29th every month and now I can’t use any internet or 4G, can’t connect to anything. I’ve tried turning my phone off and going on and off airplane mode and all my settings are on. My app says I have data but I can’t do anything. I’m in France at the moment but I don’t think that’s the issue. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Log into your online account and then menu - Manage device, make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app current usage - controls, activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls
