A couple of weeks back I was able to gift data to my son's phone. Now the my ee app won't let me check how much data he has left or allow me to gift data to him. His phone is under my account and nothing has changed.
I've tried reinstalling the My ee app but it didn't help.
Anyone able to help fix this?
I'll try to add screenshots to show what I mean.

Just contacted 150 and this is a fault EE end. They were unable to add data either. Fault now submitted by them.
