No internet

Currently in Barcelona and my internet isn’t working.. my brother has the same phone and is on EE and his works fine.. I’ve connected to the other networks here like it says to do but still nothing.. how do I fix this?

Did you activate roaming? 


Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls


To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Can you make calls and send texts in Barcelona?


Have you been able to check your My EE account online as @Northerner has suggested to check your call abroad and premium rate calls are active?
