No internet

Hello 

I’ve had problems now over the past month with my data 

once I am out of the house, and need to use my data, I can’t get onto Facebook or messenger 

please can you suggest what to do please

Hi @Michelle49 

 

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.

Could you check that Facebook is enabled for data in settings on your phone?

 

This will be under Settings, Mobile Data, then scroll down and make sure Facebook is enabled for data.

 

If this is already enabled, I'd recommend contacting our Mobile Care team as suggested in your other thread.

Hiya, yes this is also done,
But still no joy,
The guys in the ee shop can’t seem to get around it either,
I can get onto face and messenger once on home internet, but once outside it keeps coming up waiting to reconnect
And I’ve still got 27g data
All my other apps seem to work ok,

They will be able to run through all the troubleshooting steps with you and check your account.
