No deals on unlimited data plans

I currently receive a £15 loyalty discount and tried to get a deal on the new unlimited plan but multiple agents from retention's and a manager have told me that there is no way to discount the new plans. This is poor from EE to loyal customers and the new plans anre very expensive when compared to Three and Vodafone.

Re: No deals on unlimited data plans

Hi Chill,

I'm sad to here that they are saying that.

Can I just ask what plan you are on at the moment and what point you are in the existing contract?

I kept my loyalty discounts when I changed to Unlimited.

Good Afternoon @Chill20

Thanks for coming to the community.

Loyalty discounts are for your current contract, these don't transfer over when you upgrade.

Katie 🙂

It appears that is incorrect and that you can keep loyalty discounts.

Re: No deals on unlimited data plans

@Chill20  Some discounts have a set time limit and can be contract related which means they do not carry over when you upgrade.  There is no such thing as customer loyalty any more and every customer should have the same choice of tariff price as you.

Re: No deals on unlimited data plans

I have Addons called loyalty which total 15 pounds so loyalty discounts still exist.
