No data

I have been struggling with no data network work over a week now. Not sure what to do.

Hello and welcome.

Just so we can help get to the bottom of your problems, it would be helpful to know If your data work elsewhere, what your phone says next to the signal bars (G, GPRS, E, H, 3G etc) when this happens. 

Would you also be able to provide most of a postcode (or all of you’re happy) so we can check for issues.

I haven’t been able to use data for a over week now only used under a tenth of my package which runs out next week my postcode is Ta94ab

Checking EE Network Status page and it says:



Network should be fine here. If you're having problems, flag it up and we'll investigate. Problems reported in the last hour may not appear straight away.


It may just be that you are in a poor signal location because of the buildings. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

If you usually have good signal there, I recommend reporting a problem on the status checker that @Northerner referred to.


That way our technical teams can investigate any problems.
