No data

I am currently in the USA and yesterday I tried to buy an add on but it didn't work and I don't know if that has anything to do with it but, I think my plan restarted today and I went into the app and it doesn't say I have any data and I went online and it says I have 0.1mb out of 0.1 mb to use when my plan is 5 gb

No it doesn't but I bought the day thing and didn't even use it and then I woke up today and my data is all messed up

Hi! No no error messages it just said it was all successfully but I couldn't use the internet. I am just worried about why my app and online it says that I have no data to use when I get back to the uk
