Hi all, hope you can help.
I recently bought an EE sim with £10 bundle that includes 1GB of data to use on Sony Xperia Z2. However, since inserting the sim and cashing in my credit the mobile data has not been available to me. I can make calls and send texts, but have been without data for the last two weeks.
Can anyone help me with resolving this?
FYI the mobile was previously with Vodafone on Pay Monthly. I unlocked it about a year ago.
