I'm on a monthly pack where I top up £10 per month, I get 11gb of data per month due to boosts but for some reason for the last 2 months I get no Internet on my data I've tried reseting my network settings and changing my content lock but still nothing, anyone got any ideas or should I just get a new sim?

Can you make calls & texts? What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?
How do you manage to change your Content Lock on PAYG?

I am able to make calls and send texts to other numbers
Texting Al to 150 gave me this message

It was a typo. I meant to say How do you manage to change your Content Lock on PAYG?

I honestly don't remember much all I remember is I had to confirm i was of age by using my card (it was like a parental lock) and i'm from the uk.
I'll just point this out I don't think this has anything to do with my data since it's only been since the 16th of January

I'm using a Samsung S6 (just the normal one not the edge one)
And I'm only able to access offline apps like ccokie clicker when my data is on because my other apps ask for a signal/the Internet for me to continue. Websites don't load it just takes 5 mins to load then says I'm not connected with the Internet
