No Data



I have recently upgraded my contract and have a Samsung S8. I have a huge data package which I haven't used as yet as I can't seem to use my mobile internet even when it says I have 4G anywhere I've been in the UK or on the continent. Can anyone help? I'm currently in France and need data to stay in touch with family.
