No 4G

I have plenty of data left, but my 4G has not worked for about 2 days.   Have I maybe turned something on/off accidentally?  I have turned wifi off in Settings, and gone into Mobile Data and turned Mobile Data on as usual but nothing is happening.   I have tried a few times and turned my phone on and off.   I have tried in several locations in and around Edinburgh but no joy.  Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the community,

 

It could be that either your SIM card has developed a fault or your phone has. Do you get any signal at all or is it just 4G? Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone or try another SIM card in your phone?

Have you also checked the network status checker to see if there are any signal problems in your area?
