No 4G on iPhone7

Good afternoon,

The 4G has disappeared on my mobile since a couple of days without apparent explanation. I tried to restart and restore the internet settings but nothing happened. I have been abroad since a couple of weeks but this is the first time something like this occurred. I would be very grateful if you could provide some help.

Hi @leandromancano,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Is there any symbols showing where you would usually see 4G? Has the phone dropped down to 3G?

Are you able to use your calls, text and data at all on the phone?

Re: No 4G on iPhone7

thanks for your answer. The problem is unexpectedly solved. I tried to insert another sim card to check that was a provider - rather than mobile phone - problem. When I reintroduced my card the roaming was off; I activated it and the 4G magically reapparead..

Thanks a lot for your time,
