Both work fine on WiFi, but even with a good 4G connection they don't connect.
Messenger will me to receive messages but not send them.
The phone shop have done everything they can and are baffled.
Rang EE and after 90 mins of running tests, clearing caches and data, reinstalling apps, using different APNs they're baffled.
I connect to the internet fine and have no blocks on at all.
Anyone else encountered this?

Try switching Content Lock to STRICT, rebooting, then to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick

Did you try this on the EE website or the app ? And have you also tried adjusting the content settings on 3G or 4G ??

So No fix on the website! The only other way I can suggest is trying same on the My EE app! If that doesn't worked then I'm flummoxed!🤔
