My wife has just bought an iPhone 5SE on EE and can't access mobile data. Why is this and what does she neeecto do to get it fixed?

Called EE and they performed a remote network reset which has resolved the problem.

Hi, 

 

Have you tried resetting the network under settings? 

 

If your wife is on PAYG is she in credit?

Hi no she's on a contract and resetting the network makes no difference. Thanks
