My sister gifted me 30gb of data, but it’s not showing in my account?

I got the text saying the data had come through plus it says it’s been sent in my account but my actual data volume hasn’t increased

Hi Leanne,

 

It is not as I had a message a day later saying you’ve used all your data. I got the data gifted when I had used 80% of my 6GB. I am in UK

What happens if you try and access data now, do you get prompted to purchase a data add-on?

Yeah I get told to buy add ons, she sent me 5Gb after and that worked fine.

Or is there 5GB missing somewhere?

Nope, missing 30gb!!!! She sent over 5gb a day later as I was in London with no data after being told I had been gifted 30gb that hadn’t come! So still missing 30gb which should be in my account to use!!
