My phone won't download an MMS message...

I've been sent an MMS message - no idea who by or what's in it; but my phone is repeatedly telling me to check my APN settings. I have set those advised by your help pages, and I've tried to send a small picture message to myself but this was unsuccessful.

 

I have a HTC U11 running Android 8.0.

 

Can you help at all?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
